You Will Need:
100g plain flour
65g porridge oats
30g sugar
1tsp baking powder
1tsp cinammon
¼ tsp salt
1 small egg (or half a big one)
175ml milk
70ml oil
¼tsp vanilla
1 mashed banana
- Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl, the wet in another.
- Pour the dry into the wet until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture into 6 muffin cases and bake at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Enjoy warm with a coffee to start your day.
I made something similar the other week but they were a vegan cookie version, yours look lovely, yum yum!
